Aquatic Challenge: the team field day with the sea as the pitch

Not every off-site needs to be reflective. Sometimes what a team needs is to laugh, compete a little, and come back to port tired in the good way. Aquatic Challenge sets up a series of paddleboard and snorkel challenges, run by teams, with scoring and a live ranking — the energy of a school field day, with the sea in Ibiza as the only pitch.

The challenges

We combine speed and balance challenges on paddleboards with search-and-precision snorkel tasks, adjusting difficulty to the group’s level. Each team racks up points through the day, and the ranking updates at every stop to keep the competition alive.

The day is built around two or three coves, alternating challenges with rest and free swimming so the pace never gets heavy.

Group and equipment

Works well with groups of 10 to 40 people, split into teams of 4 to 6. All the equipment comes on board: paddleboards, snorkel gear and life jackets, sized to the number of participants.

Frequently asked questions

Do people need to be strong swimmers or have paddleboard experience?

No, challenges are adapted to the group’s level and life jackets are always available. The goal is team fun, not technical skill.

How many teams fit in one day?

It depends on the total group size; with 10 to 40 people split into teams of 4 to 6, the format works very well.
