Days on board

Experiences at sea

We do not sell fixed packages, and this is not just the usual day out — anchor off a beach bar and head home. We do that too, and we do it well. But there is a good deal more alongside it.

How to read this page

Not just a day on a boat

Two different things live here. On one side, the classic days at sea, done the way they should be done. On the other, a set of experiences built for companies, events and groups that you have most likely not seen anywhere else.

The classic days, done properly

A full day to Formentera, the sunset route, the northern coves, or simply sailing. With skipper and crew, the boat properly prepared and the route decided from the day forecast, not from a brochure.

What almost nobody does

Corporate and team experiences, events on board, and social and educational formats: things we have built ourselves and that you will not find ready-made anywhere.

And from there, tailored

None of these is a fixed package. Tell us who you are and what you are after, and we adjust it to the wind, the calendar and you.

Use the filters below to see only what fits you: routes, corporate, events, sport, nature or social and educational. One experience can sit in several of them.

Filter by type

Pas de s'Espalmador, Formentera
Duration: 8 hours

Full day in Formentera, sailing from Ibiza

The classic crossing from Ibiza to the clearest water in the Balearics. We anchor at Ses Illetes in the morning, while there is still room, and spend the afternoon at s’Espalmador — no services, no noise.

Includes

  • Crossing the es Freus channel with a swim stop
  • Anchoring at Ses Illetes and s’Espalmador
  • Lunch on board or a booked table on the beach
  • Sunset run home with the sun ahead
Puesta de sol sobre la bahía de Sant Antoni, Ibiza
Duration: 4 hours

Sunset route from Sant Antoni de Portmany (Ibiza)

We leave Sant Antoni de Portmany mid-afternoon — the bay in Ibiza that faces due west. We stop for a swim while there is still light and look for the spot where the sun drops clean onto the water. No queues, no arriving two hours early and nobody in front of you.

Includes

  • Swim stop before sunset
  • A drink on board as the sun goes down
  • Return to port with the coast lit up
  • Ideal for couples and small groups
Sa Pedrera de Cala d'Hort (Atlantis) con Es Vedrà al fondo, Ibiza
Duration: 6 or 8 hours

Es Vedrà and the south-west coast of Ibiza

We circle the most recognisable islet in the Mediterranean, pass in front of Sa Pedrera — the quarry that supplied the stone for Dalt Vila — and anchor in Cala d’Hort with the rock straight ahead.

Includes

  • A full circuit of Es Vedrà and Es Vedranell
  • Views of Sa Pedrera (Atlantis) from the sea
  • Anchoring and swimming in Cala d’Hort or Cala Vadella
  • The best light, late in the afternoon
Aguas turquesas de Cala Xarraca, norte de Ibiza
Duration: 8 hours

Northern coves of Ibiza

The Ibiza underneath the tourism: pine forest to the waterline, small coves and far fewer boats around. Benirràs, Xarraca and the Portinatx inlets, depending on how the wind comes in.

Includes

  • Cala Benirràs and the Cap Bernat islet
  • Snorkelling in Cala Xarraca
  • The Portinatx inlets and Cala Sant Vicent
  • A route we adapt to the morning forecast
La Cova Blava del archipiélago de Cabrera, vista desde el agua
Duration: 4 or 8 hours

Snorkelling in sea caves

We keep our own list of sea caves with genuinely easy access, spread across the four islands. You arrive by boat, the skipper shows you exactly where the entrance is and what is inside, and you go in swimming or by dinghy — no technical gear and no previous experience needed.

Includes

  • Our own list of easy, safe caves
  • The skipper shows you where they are and how to go in
  • You go in swimming or by dinghy, no technical diving
  • Snorkelling gear included and stops chosen for visibility
Restaurante a pie de playa en Formentera
Duration: 6 or 8 hours

Lunch on the beach, on any of the four islands

This is the quiet day par excellence: sail out unhurried, go ashore for lunch at a restaurant you can only really reach by sea, then back to the boat for a very long afternoon at anchor, in the water or on deck. We run it in Ibiza, Formentera, Mallorca or Menorca.

Includes

  • Booking handled by us in advance
  • Dinghy transfer ashore and pick-up afterwards
  • A long, unhurried afternoon on board at anchor
  • On-board catering instead, if you would rather not go ashore
Cala Vadella con barcos fondeados, Ibiza
Duration: To be agreed

Tailor-made private charter

Birthdays, celebrations, anniversaries — or simply a day with no fixed plan. You tell us what you want and we build the route, the catering and the pace around it.

Includes

  • A route designed with you, not off a catalogue
  • Catering and drinks to suit
  • Skipper and crew included
  • Any kind of boat: sailing yacht, catamaran or motorboat
Sa Calobra, Serra de Tramuntana, Mallorca
Duration: 2 to 5 days

Passage to Mallorca

For those who want to actually sail. We cross to Mallorca and work along the south-east coast and the Serra de Tramuntana, sleeping on board or in port depending on the plan.

Includes

  • A real passage between islands, not a loop back to port
  • Cala Mondragó, Cala Tuent and Sa Calobra
  • Nights on board or in port, as you prefer
  • Route planning and weather routing
La península de Formentor y la bahía de Pollença, Mallorca
Duration: 6 or 8 hours

Pollença bay and Formentor (Mallorca)

We leave Port de Pollença and sail out towards the Formentor peninsula at the northern tip of Mallorca. It is a cliff coast with coves wedged into the rock — Bóquer, Cala Murta, Cala en Gossalba, Cala Figuera — which you can practically only reach by sea or after a long walk.

Includes

  • Departure from Port de Pollença, in northern Mallorca
  • The Formentor coast, the lighthouse and the Colomer islet from the water
  • Anchoring and swimming in Cala Bóquer or Cala Murta, wind permitting
  • Option to extend to Cala Sant Vicenç or the bay of Alcúdia
El puerto natural de Sóller, en la Serra de Tramuntana, Mallorca
Duration: 8 hours or 2 days

Sóller, the Tramuntana and the wooden train (Mallorca)

A charter along the most spectacular coast in the Balearics: from the natural harbour of Sóller we sail at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage site, with the mountain dropping sheer into the water. Ashore, the plan completes itself: the historic tram up to Sóller town and, from there, the 1912 wooden train across the range to Palma.

Includes

  • Sailing at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana
  • Sa Foradada, Cala Deià, Cala Tuent and Sa Calobra depending on the day
  • The historic tram between Port de Sóller and the town
  • The 1912 wooden train between Sóller and Palma, on the two-day version
Bahía del Parque Nacional de Cabrera, Mallorca
Duration: 1 or 2 days

Cabrera National Park, sailing from Palma

Cabrera is the protected archipelago south of Mallorca and the only land-and-sea national park in the Balearics: exceptionally clear water, a natural harbour with its castle, and the Cova Blava, a sea cave you sail into. One of the most beautiful places in the western Mediterranean, and one of the most regulated.

Includes

  • A park navigation permit is required: free, but arranged in advance
  • Staying overnight also needs a buoy or mooring booking, and places are limited
  • We handle the paperwork, but it has to be planned ahead
  • The harbour of Cabrera, the castle and the Cova Blava
Mar en calma en la bahía de Sant Antoni, Ibiza
Duration: 8 hours

The Working Day Out of the Office

An off-site is simply taking the team out of the office to work somewhere else: the planning meeting, the quarterly close or the strategy session, but on board. A morning of real work on deck, an afternoon of swimming and unwinding, and dinner to close the day. The whole team on one boat, one contract.

Includes

  • A real working session on deck in the morning
  • No meeting rooms, no projector, nobody wandering in and out
  • Free afternoon to swim and unwind
  • Dinner with local farm produce to close the day
Barcos fondeados en Cala Bassa, Ibiza
Duration: 6 or 8 hours

Leadership at Sea

A session run by Diego, captain and founder, on the leadership nobody sees. What a captain does before anything happens, how you decide when something fails far from port or when the boat has to be abandoned, and what it means for several lives to hang on a single call. Out of that come the questions that matter for any team: who decides, when you listen, and when there is no time to listen.

Includes

  • Run by a working captain, with real cases
  • Invisible leadership: what gets decided before anything happens
  • How you lead an emergency, and why it is trained beforehand
  • Debrief on deck, translated back to the company’s day to day
Restaurante a pie de playa en Formentera
Duration: 6 hours

Cooking Together at Sea

We bring a chef on board and the team cooks with them: not a demonstration to watch, but a real menu that only comes together because everyone does their part. Cooking together, with just enough space and just enough time, shows how a team collaborates far better than any meeting.

Includes

  • A chef on board leading, with the team genuinely cooking
  • Rotating roles and coordination in a small space
  • Local produce as the base of the menu
  • Arranged to measure and in advance, by date and group
Puesta de sol desde Cala Comte, Ibiza
Duration: 4 hours

The Big Debate

A structured debate on deck about a real company topic, with us moderating. The setting is the point: in the office the boss is very much the boss, and on board that hierarchy flattens on its own. When nobody is sitting at the head of the table, people who never get the floor in a meeting room start being heard.

Includes

  • We moderate, with turns and clear rules
  • Hierarchy drops on board, and that opens the conversation
  • People who rarely get a turn in the office get heard
  • Particularly useful just ahead of an important decision
Puesta de sol sobre la bahía de Sant Antoni, Ibiza
Duration: 3 or 4 hours

Pitch on Deck

Department or project pitches with the sea as a backdrop instead of a projector in a meeting room. The format forces you straight to the point.

Includes

  • Short pitch slots per team
  • No projector — minimal visual aids
  • Open feedback across departments
Cala Vadella con barcos fondeados, Ibiza
Duration: 6 or 8 hours

Wellbeing Day for Teams

Includes

  • Yoga session on deck
  • Breakfast with Juntos Farm produce
  • Guided breathwork session
Costa de Formentera al atardecer
Duration: 4 hours

Four hours of voluntary silence for a leadership team. No calls, no conversation, just the sea. An unconventional tool for thinking clearly.

  • Designed for small leadership teams
  • Optional closing round of reflection
Puesta de sol desde Cala Comte, Ibiza
Duration: 3 hours

Sunset Strategy Session

A strategy meeting at sunset, on deck, with the sun going down in the background. Same agenda as a boardroom; a completely different outcome.

  • Wraps up as the sun sets
  • Works for leadership or full-team formats
Un equipo brindando a bordo de un velero clásico al atardecer, con Es Vedrà al fondo

  • Space for recognition and thanks
  • Catering and drinks included
Puesta de sol sobre la bahía de Sant Antoni, Ibiza

Includes

  • Wireless headphones for the whole group
  • Three music channels to choose from
  • Evening format, boat at anchor
Aguas turquesas de Cala Xarraca, norte de Ibiza
Duration: 3 hours

  • Open-water swim afterwards
  • Group capped at 20 people
Puesta de sol desde Cala Comte, Ibiza
Duration: 3 hours

Includes

  • Guided by a specialised facilitator
  • Sunset format, on deck
  • Small to medium groups
Restaurante a pie de playa en Formentera
Duration: 4 hours

Farm to Sea Conscious Dinner

An on-board dinner with a menu built entirely from Juntos Farm produce, for groups of up to 20 or 25. Conscious eating as part of the experience, not an add-on.

Includes

  • Full menu from Juntos Farm produce
  • Groups of up to 20-25 people
  • Dinner format, with or without sailing
Puesta de sol sobre la bahía de Sant Antoni, Ibiza
Duration: 4 hours

  • Play equipment included
Sesión de cuencos tibetanos en la proa de una goleta, con el grupo tumbado en cubierta

Includes

  • Sound session with bowls or hang drum
  • The boat sails slowly during the session
  • Up to 30 people per session
Costa de Formentera al atardecer

Includes

  • A full day with no phones or screens
  • Phones are stored away at departure
  • Works for companies and private groups alike
Puesta de sol sobre la bahía de Sant Antoni, Ibiza
Duration: 3 hours

  • Small group, capped at 15 people
  • Sunset format, on deck
