How does it work?
The day starts from 10 am and the latest return to port is at sunset. Charters can be extended at the discretion of the captain and at an additional hourly cost, but the boat must return to port before nightfall. Maximum capacity: 11 guests on a day charter, 2 sleeping on board at the base port. Layout as given in the owner's spec sheet: 1 double cabin, 1 bathroom.

- The weekly price does not include the overnight cost or the APA, which are added on top
- Overnight: €350/night in 20 junio - 31 agosto, €250/night in 22 mayo - 19 junio y septiembre, €200/night in resto del año
- The overnight cost includes mooring at the base port, extra crew hours, Mediterranean breakfast, linen and cleaning. It does not include fuel, special food or drink orders, extra water toys or a chef
- APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 30% of the charter price, charged as a deposit for any extra expenses during the charter. The unused amount is refunded at the end
Payment and terms of service
- The boat is secured with an initial 50% deposit, refundable for any reason up until 45 days before the charter.
- The remaining 50% of the charter price together with the average fuel consumption can be paid at the client's convenience but must have been received before boarding.
Cancellation policy
- In the case of cancellation or no-show on the day of the charter, the client will lose the full amount paid.
- The client is also liable for any cancellation fees related to confirmed add-ons and extras. In the case of adverse weather conditions such as rain, strong winds and waves, or thunderstorms, Smart Charter Ibiza reserves the right to cancel the charter. In each case, the captain will determine on the day whether it is safe to go ahead with the charter. If it is not possible to reschedule the charter, a full refund will be offered.
